Olympic Academy for Sports Leaders

 

The National Center for Preparing Sports Leaders was formed as a national organization affiliated to the Egyptian Olympic Committee by decree no. (62) for year 1978 (18/2/1978) issued by the President of the Sports Apparatus.

In 1982 the President of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport issued decree no. (457) for year 1982 (19/12/1982) to modify the name of the National Center for Preparing Sports Leaders to be the currently used name Olympic Academy for Sports Leaders. 

The Olympic Academy for Sports Leaders in Egypt is considered to be one of the prestigious and high standard academies in the world and it is affiliated to the International Olympic Academy (IOA). It is an educational institution with diverse studying programs based on a number of various modern sciences. It seeks to provide a balanced theoretical and practical educational environment designed for the sports field staff and it is based on an ongoing evaluative policy to cope with every new aspect in the sports community Olympic or worldwide.
